UserTesting.com on a ultrawide monitor

I doing usertesting.com on a 34" inch ultrawide monitor. I generally run at 2580x1080, but can run much higher or lower if need be.

I got this message from them:

Hi there!

Thanks for taking the practice test. We can’t approve your application yet because there is a problem with your screen recording. To fix it, try the following: If you're recording on a computer

For a clear recording, make sure your screen resolution is 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1280x720, 1366x768, or 1920x1080 with a screen ratio of 16:9. 

There are other suggestions, but I'm fairly sure it can't be all the others one. has anyone gotten around this I can only set my screen to 1920x804, but not 1920x1080, I wondering if that would work from experience? Or I can just do it on my phone perhaps, but I don't know if there are ones that require a computer?
