PingPobg / Hotjar

Is Hotjar / PingPobg safe ? I've subscribed to their tests in 2020 and hadn't received any tests, whoever, in the last few weeks they have been sendig me a lot of tests, with payments varying from 20€ to 60€, as it's a quite hight payment i was suspicious of clicking in the link, and thus haven't done the tests. Has any of you done it ? Is it safe ?
