Issues with dScout live mobile sessions

I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this problem, but every time I try to join a live mobile session, it always gets stuck on the "waiting for moderator" screen, even when the interviewer is there.

Typically I can only hear them and can't see them because I'm stuck on this loading screen. That also means I can't share my screen. I've tried leaving and rejoining the session, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing has helped. Support has also been completely unhelpful.

I'm on an Android phone and everything is up to date. Anyone else run into this?
