I cannot log in to surveytime

I created a surveytime account and did my first survey, after that, I selected to be paid on PayPal, introduced the email, and verified the account. But after the verification, I still haven't been paid, and when I try to login I get automatically redirected to the login page. Any idea on how to solve it?
