Anyone know how to contact OneForma customer support?

I am trying to take a certification needed to apply for a job and it is telling me that there is no testing data and that it is an error and to contact PacteraEdge. I'm assuming that with that message I should contact PacteraEdge and not OneForma? Either way I cannot find a link or anything anywhere to do so on the site.
