OpinionAPP, best panels to use?

Which panels are the better ones with OpinionAPP?

im currently using Triaba and Nordic panel, getting around 10-15$ a month(per panel) here in sweden, i know u can connect more cint panels but where does the line go? read somewhere that 5-7 is the sweet spot or else it will take to long to withdraw money
