Prolific can't verify my phone number. Anything I can do?

I just got invited to signup with prolific. I set my password and moved to phone number verification but I keep getting an error after I submit my number. I entered it exactly as it shows and made sure I chose US. I have had my number for 10+ years. Has anybody else had this happen?
