Not receiving tests on UserTesting

I took a pause on UserTesting for a few months but I've logged back in late last week. I've been on for now 4 days and have not received any tests. I don't have a VPN on and checked up to make sure my profile is updated. I have 4 out of 5 stars. Is that too low?
