GG2U deducting money off my account for each survey rejected. Do all GTP sites do this or this is just specific to GG2U?

I have $20 in my account and they disabled me off cashing out until I reach $35 because Dynata had rejected some surveys. I've had similar instances where I got $5/$8 deductions because Yoursurvey rejected surveys. The only GPT website I used previously was Prizerebel this never happened to me so I'm wondering is this specific to GG2U or other GTP sites do the same?
