Is AdGate-SupportTeam1 really support?

This morning I got a message from a reddit account called AdGate-SupportTeam1 asking for my user ID to help me further. I did post in r/swagbucks about me being banned off of adgate and I wanted to know what to do. Is this a legit support account? Thanks
