Dscout Multiple Express Missions with Same Title

Has anyone ever encountered this? Usually, once I complete an express mission it's no longer available in my Explore tab. So there are multiple labeled the same but with minor differences in the actual mission. I've done four lol. But, I don't want to be kicked out for doing this if it's wrong or there's a technical problem. There are still more and I keep getting new notifications for them. What's this all about?
