Plasma troubles in the USA

I've been deferred 5 TIMES due to heart rate over 100. At home, my resting heartrate is easily 70 with healthy blood pressure. It's a psychological battle to get through the check in and it's so frustrating. Have any of you had trouble and overcame it with a method?

Vagal nerve, bearing down, something else? I've lost hundreds now.
