Need some advice regarding Focus Groups

I signed up for Schleisinger Focus Groups to earn some side money, all my friends have said good things about them. But I've done two studies already and have never received payments, plus it's been well over 6 weeks if not more. Anybody got advice? I've checked my info and the mailing address and everything seems to be right.
