Is anybody earning from Hideout?

Up until about 3 weeks ago I was making a little over a dollar a day running hideout. I went out of town for about two weeks and when I got back the earnings have been virtually zero. Maybe 10 cents a day when I would run it just to see if it was back to "normal". Is this just me or is it happening to everybody using hideout? I am in the US.
