Does anyone know if any amount made through a 3rd party site to PayPal is considered taxable?

The main site I use is Qmee and for the longest, I primarily just used the money for my gift cards. But now, I was looking to add those funds into PayPal into my debit card. But with them asking for SSN, will any income made through this site now be considered taxable? I’m only planning on sending about 60 and know the threshold itself is at 600, so will I be fine or will have to pay taxes, even on small amounts such as this?
