Do screeners pop up on their own?

Since signing up for UserTesting over 3 weeks ago, I’ve only had my initial screener and test. Since then, my dashboard has had nothing on it. I keep it open almost all day. Are your screener tests located on that “available tests” screen? Or am I missing something.
