Anyone having issues with Prolific balance not updating?

I did a bunch of surveys over the weekend and they started approving the responses this morning. The problem is that my balance is not changing even though I and getting the emails and have been approved. It not a big deal right now (it's only $6.54), but I would like to get it fixed or know if it is happening to anyone else.

I have already sent Prolific an email, and their chatbot sucks. I'm just impatient and wondering if I'm the only one.

I keep getting more surveys, but now I'm hesitant to do them if they aren't going to pay out.
