UserInterviews - unexpected/delayed payments?

I got an email a few days ago from UserInterviews that they had some unexpected maintenance that has delayed payouts:

"We are completing some unexpected maintenance on our incentive payout system. This maintenance may result in a delay of up to a few days between when you complete a session and when you will receive your payment. "

This has locked up quite a bit of "money" from completed interviews so far this week, with a few more interviews planned today.

Waiting a couple days isn't an issue really, but the unexpected maintence part had me questioning it a bit. Were they hacked? Anyone else get the above message by email and seeing delayed payouts? I haven't seen any other mention of it, so I'm not sure if it affected everyone?
