Simple question

Hello I have yet to sign up to beermoney type apps and i was wondering if there is any benefit of signing up with an email vs signing up with a google account or vice versa? This includes what you would choose to use for the apps you download through others to earn, do you sign up for a new app using google login or typing out an email and password? I understand it's a common sense question but I'm still wondering everyone's answers
