Is Cardcash Legit?

Is CardCash legit? I have 4 $500 gift cards I could sell to them but the reviews are sketchy lately from people on the better business bureau and other places. Some of the reviews say they will take the cash off the cards and not pay you. They want me to mail the cards in as well. Seems risky for 2k worth of goods they are willing to pay 1600 for.
