Fyber not giving out?

Did some gaming tasks inside the mode app. Got like 30$ worth of pending milestones achieved that after a few weeks still isn't applying.

Their email support is barely existent, they didn't answer for weeks but somehow still has the nerve to close the ticket automatically due to inactivity lol.

Is this unclaimed credits a lost cause? Anyone experience this?
