Do people hire summer tutors very often, and how much could I expect to charge per hour?

I'm thinking about tutoring for 5-10 hours a week on top of my main job to earn a little extra cash. Being a college student, how much could I expect to earn? I would be tutoring in the same area as my main job, which is in a pretty wealthy town. I would also tutor only in subjects that I know pretty much from top to bottom (algebra 1 for example).
