Crowdtap Error - Missing Required Piped Answer Data

Hey, everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone was experiencing or had experienced a similar error while using Crowdtap. On longer surveys, where the point payout is higher, I get an error when I answer that says "Missing required piped answer data," and it's driving me nuts. It's been happening since yesterday afternoon. I submitted a ticket this morning. Is this an issue on their end, or mine? From what little I was able to find by googling, it seems like a problem on their end, but I wanted to get feedback.
