The Home Depot paid survey - OneForma - USA only!

Hi everybody!

The company I work for, OneForma by Pactera EDGE is running a series of paid surveys in partnership with The Home Depot, so if you are a regular customer, you can participate!

The only requirements are the following:

• You live in the United States.
• You are 18 years old or older.
• You have a valid purchase receipt from The Home Depot.
• You have a valid OneForma account with an active payment method (Payoneer or PayPal).

The survey literally takes 5 minutes and the aim is to improve the experience and personalized deals that The Home Depot offers to their customers.

The survey can only be taken once per customer, but if you have more than one receipt, you can have a friend open a OneForma account and take it themselves, they will also get paid!
