Tax and 1099 outside US ?

I live in Poland and I have recently started doing Clickworker UHRS and plan on doing Amazon Mturk and maybe a few others in my free time. My question is, will I be subject to taxes for the money I receive to my Paypal? If so, will it be according to the taxation of Poland? And what if I don't have full-time work permit for Poland?
