National Consumer Panel unable to redeem

Is anyone else having issues trying to verify their email with NCP? I'm trying to redeem and it wants me to verify my email, but I never get the authenication code. I checked spam too. Sometimes it takes like an hour and Gmail puts a warning on a message "gmail couldnt verify the domain" . So are they having issues?
