Field Agent App And Cashing Out

I’m new to the field agent app, and found out that it only takes your banking account number or sign in with “plaid” in order to cash out. Has anyone gotten their money successfully by using these options? Or did something happen to your bank account ? I heard that plaid was considered fishy and didn’t want to take any chances
