Why do Swagbucks mobile app/game offers NEVER credit? (iOS)

I've done them three times and disabled adblock, enabled off-site tracking, enabled app tracking in the app options, did EVERYTHING in TOS only for it to never credit. I spent an hour at least every day doing Brain Game for 6 days looking up solutions... never credited. opened a ticket and they never got back to me... What am I doing wrong? lmao
