Mode Earn App offers not going through?

I've completed multiple offers through the Mode Earn App, but for some reason some of them don't register as done? Like my PollPay offer, the complete your first survey one went through and I was compensated for it, but my redeem a gift card one hasn't been compensated yet even though it's been more than a week. I've sent in a report through Fyber, but they never get back to me, they just auto resolve it no matter how many replies I send. Is there any way I can contact Mode itself or actually get through to Fyber?
