How often do you personally cash out on Prolific?

I know this weekend cash outs are suspended while they fix an issue, but I wondered: for those who are doing more than just a survey here or there, do you leave the money in there, maybe till the middle or end of the month and then cash out? or do you cash out as soon as you have money to cash out? Do you ever pay attention to if the exchange rate is higher or lower on a day, or do you not care? just curious what others are doing.
