Anyone ever been passively "retired" from dscout?

I made a lot of money with dscout in just 4 months or so, but suddenly... dang, I can't seem to BUY a mission. I get "Sorry not qualified" messages on pretty much everything, and several times I've applied to missions with videos and gotten the application complete message without the standard moment of watching the video upload to them. I'm not paranoid by nature, but really am starting to worry that I somehow got on their NoFly list? Anyone experienced anything similar with them?
