Teemwork AI Transcription jobs, has anyone mastered the software?

It's a windows package and i'm having to run a virtual machine to use it...very unfamiliar to me, and i'm stuck in a loop with an audio segment.

Can anyone explain the basics of this player to me the user guidance they sent isn't helpful
