Product Report Card is shady

They're one of the worst IMO. It's a shame because they used to be quite good and I like that they still give you a tidbit for disqualification, however, if you do complete a survey they only credit about half the time. If you email customer service they tell you to wait and then the money never comes through. But the shadiest thing they do is say they will pay one price for a survey and then pay you less when you do follow up. For example, multiple times I've been asked to try a product and they say they'll pay 15 dollars when you sign up and then only pay 5 for the follow-up survey. 15 is already a lot less, most companies will pay around fifty to try a product. The TV surveys used to be pretty good but now you end up watching a program for an hour and it's about a 50/50 chance if it'll even credit. Very annoying to waste that kind of time. Just wanted to vent.
