Neevo Listening Pronunciation Test

Are we judging only the pronunciation of words, or also the syllable accents and word emphasis in the sentence? For example, "evolution" pronounced "eVOLution", or "George Washington once said" pronounced "George... ...Washingon once...said". Are these mistakes I should note or just a way the recording is made and I should ignore it? Thank you.
