Perfect Snacks is offering a full refund on one Perfect Bar. The official page is here, but after you enter your info you are just redirected to the offer on chop.today so you might as well just go there. I've tried a few of these over the past few months. The peanut butter bars are pretty good, but I did not like the ones with chocolate chips. It tastes like fake dark chocolate. I haven't tried any of the others.
You will need to enter your email, verify your phone number, upload your receipt, and answer a few questions. The rebate value is detected automatically, and you can then choose between PayPal or Venmo. I selected PayPal, and had to log in with my account. It requested Full name, Email, Country/Region, Account verification status, and PayPal ID. I got paid immediately after connecting my account.

Finding the bars
A lot of stores carry these nowadays, and their store locator seems to be accurate. They can be hard to find in the store though. They are always in the refrigerated section, and usually somewhere around the yogurt, eggs, or cookie dough. However, I have seen them in the produce area and near the specialty health drinks.
"Error Happened"
If you get "Error Happened" try using a different browser or using a guest/incognito mode on your browser.
500 Error after logging in with PayPal
I believe this happened because my primary PayPal email was different than the email I gave them (even though both are added to the account). I switched the primary email in PayPal, waited a few hours, and then decided to clear my browser cache. It went through just fine after that.
