IS ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH LIVEOPS "WORK FROM HOME" INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR??

HI Guys,

So I have major concerns with this recent work from home independent contractor job with liveops and I was hoping (desperately) that some people could give me their opinion on what to do. okay so first i am in the middle of completing the openforce enrollment and they are asking "DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS OR EIN?". what does that mean? am i suppose to have a business or EIN to work with Liveops or to be a independent contractor period? and is Liveops even worth it for a college student like me?
