Does anyone work on Quadrant Resource UHRS?

They recently have a new requirement where you have to upload a photo ID and a "PAN or A/C" number. As far as I can tell PAN is something issued by Indian banks, but I'm not from India. Does anyone know what info they're looking for? I've tried contacting customer support twice over the last week and they never replied.
