Best Schedule for Surveys

Hi. I'm a frequent survey taker, and am wondering the best schedule to take a survey. I'm free on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I wake up at 8 and go to sleep at ten. So, what kind of hours do you think of good for survey time?
