Amazon Shopper Panel $10 reward for monthly receipts

I recently discovered this app and joined in December. I uploaded 10 receipts for purchases made in December and they were all approved, but the last receipt [10] was uploaded December 31st @ 5pm PST. I exited the app while it was still waiting approval, but I think it was approved before 12am (next day).

However, I checked my earnings for last month today and I saw that I never actually earned the $10. I should've gotten the money by now right?

Has anyone else had an issue with this lately? That extra $10 would've been super useful.
