What to do about an employer who you constantly have to hound about getting paid on time. It's always stated, "it should be on the 1st" , then it doesn't hit your bank and then there's some excuse and you finally get paid, but late every time like on the 5th (this causes problems). Some payments are like clearly known as owed and then when it's late they say well our payment system was overloaded or some excuse.
