What does this mean on fetch rewards? It’s been like this for a couple hours now, & I’m confused

Since I can’t add images I can’t show exactly what it is but

When I go to scan a receipt it says “Your receipt was unable to be processed. Your account is inactive” but my account is active and shouldn’t deactivate until I’ve been offline for at least 90 days, right? So what’s going on
