Question about respondology

I took the tests and filled out the paperwork to start with respondology about 3 weeks ago. It said I passed and I did my tax form but I haven’t heard anything back after that about how to actually start. I downloaded the app and tried to log in thinking I was just supposed to go ahead but it keeps telling me invalid login info. Am I supposed to get login information from them? Is there another step to starting with them and I should just keep waiting? Any ideas from anyone that’s used them? Thanks in advance!
