Pei withdrawal options

For the Pei app, is bitcoin the only option when withdrawing? I know they changed the program and the user has to have 25000 points in order to withdraw, but the option I see is bitcoin when I select to withdraw. I thought there used to be a way or option besides that? I'd rather not withdraw it bitcoin and rather change it to PayPal or bank etc.
