How to convert low amount visa giftcard in to one combined amount?

I received 2x $100 via vanilla giftcards for xmas.

But theres not really much i can buy with single $100 card.

I would like to combined them in to $200. Since most online payments doesnt allow to combine multiple cards.

Is there anyway to do this?
