FlavorWiki has product tests for Waffles ($12), Vitamins ($180), and Toothpaste ($95)

FlavorWiki is running a few product tests right now with some pretty nice rewards. Make sure you get the right products or your submission could get rejected. If you're having trouble seeing the product, I recommend bringing the page up on a mobile device and zooming in or downloading the image (I just clicked and drug it up to try to open it in a new tab and it downloaded it instead for me).

• Waffles - [Ref | Non-Ref] - I got 4 brands for $4 each. My local stores only carry two brands though.
• Toothpaste - [Ref | Non-Ref] - I was given 4 varieties to buy, but only 2 were at my local Wal-Mart. The individual rewards vary, but you can get up to $95 for all of them. You have to try each toothpaste for 3 days.
• Vitamins - [Ref | Non-Ref] - I was given 5 varieties to buy, and all but one was at my local Wal-Mart. I don't see anything mentioned about excluding online stores though, so I'll see if I can get them delivered. You can get up to $180 for doing them all. You need to take the vitamin at approximately the same time each day for 3 days. You also have to discontinue all other vitamins/supplements during this period.

Using my referral link gives me $1 if you finish the study I think (although the vitamins don't say anything). You don't need a referral link to get access to the tests, but I saw a couple people mentioning they didn't get invited when they signed up without someone's referral link. If you're new to the site, I recommend using the link for the one you find most appealing just in case.

 

For those unfamiliar with FlavorWiki, it's a site where you buy the specified product, try out the product, and then do a short survey about it. These are all products that you can get at the store - they're not new/untested products. I only get a few tests each year, but they always pay well. Payout is via PayPal usually a few days after you finish the study.
