Current music app, account disabled after requesting a payout

So after monthes of playing games, watching ads to earn points, my account got suspended "for fraudulent activity" right after i requested a payout! WITH NO EXPLANATION, I have literally followed the rules, and it was my first payout request, anyone had this tyoe of issue before?
