Amazon viewpoints not paying

I started doing amazon viewpoints surveys a month or so ago. Super easy $5 paypal each time. I now have $15 in payout but it hasn't paid. They say on help page to give it 3 weeks. I have. I can't get reply from emailing customer service and that's only contact info. Anyone else use them and have issues?
