Is there a web site that compares all the cash back sites to see which one gives the best deal on a given store?

There are so many sites out there now that offer cash back. Honey, Swagbucks, Slickdeals, etc. If I wanted to buy something online from say, Roots, is there a site that will go in and find all the sites offering cash back on Roots and let me know which one is giving me the best deal? I notice on Swagbucks it is 2% cash back and on Honey it is 5%.
