Does TopCashBack work with purchases made with PayPal?

Hello everyone, I recently made a few purchases on Macy's using PayPal as my form of payment. I did this because my Chase credit card happened to give 5% cashback for all purchases made via PayPal. Will TopCashBack count those purchases or no?
