Banned from UHRS Junk Labeling

Hi, I’m new to UHRS. I just started working on Junk Labeling (iframe) HitApp and did around 300 hits, then suddenly got banned (temporarily). My speed is 336 hits/hour and accuracy 86%. Anyone know why I got banned? Am I too slow or is the accuracy too low?
